  Contact our concierge team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization and a pre-paid shipping label.

  Ensure the item is in its original, unaltered condition and securely packed in the initial protective materials to prevent damage during transit.

  Dispatch the Parcel

  Affix the provided label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain a copy of the tracking receipt.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our specialists inspect the item at our gallery, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
